Homerunners is a business platform that helps anyone in India to earn a secondary income from the comfort of your home. It enables to become a reseller, creating a relationship with customers.


This platform provides users with the tools and resources to start your own business. With Homerunners, people can take advantage of established network and become part of a community of successful resellers.

How I got Introduced

Initially project was offered to external agency due to unavailability of internal team in such a short time.

Upon the escalation of inappropriate deliveries from external agency, the company's CTO requested me to handle the project

Key Problem ; Higher attrition rate of sales executives in the month of June & July 2021 

Key Users : Sales Manager & Central COPS team

Issue occur due to : KPI defined for Sales Manager to bring more sales and rights given to change incentive structure

Solution : Hiring pitch change | Sales Manager app change | Central cops dashboard | Platform for the sales people to raise concern
